The ACT Law Society’s Contract for Sale of Land is now available to purchase online.
You can now create, purchase, and download customised Contracts for Sale of Land as approved for use in the Australian Capital Territory.
Purchases of the electronic Contract for Sale can be made either as a guest or a registered member user. Registered users will be billed monthly, and can view details of previous purchases, including the ability to re-download purchased contracts for a period of two weeks from the purchase date.
ACT law firms can register for this system for free by emailing onlinecontracts@beta.actls.bond.software.
